A proud alumnus of West Virginia University—earning his J.D. from the College of Law and a B.A. in Finance, Jordan brings a fresh perspective to the practice of law, leveraging cutting-edge tools to deliver efficient, forward-thinking solutions for clients.
From 2017 to 2024, Jordan served as Legal Counsel and Communications Director to West Virginia Governor Jim Justice, where he provided strategic guidance on high-stakes legal, legislative, policy, and communications matters. In this role, he collaborated directly with the West Virginia Legislature, the White House, and leaders from numerous Fortune 500 companies, honing expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and turning challenges into opportunities.
Following his tenure in the Governor's office, Jordan joined a prestigious boutique litigation firm and served as counsel to major Fortune 500 companies on complex civil litigation in federal courts, among other high-profile matters. This experience further sharpened his skills in strategic advocacy and managing intricate legal disputes at the highest levels.
Now launching his solo firm in the Mountain State, Jordan is committed to empowering businesses, families, and communities with legal and consulting services, including guidance on artificial intelligence innovation to help clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. As a lifelong West Virginian, he channels his passion for innovation and public service into building a stronger, more prosperous home state.
